Learn the basics of brewing at home with this hands-on workshop focusing on creating your first batch of homebrew. We'll cover beer styles, beer ingredients, brewing process and of course - beer tasting. Lead by one of our favorite brewing instructors Jesse Friedman, of Almanac Beer and Beer & Nosh.
The first class we will learn the beginning instructions of brewing- using one of Jesse's recipes. In the second class we will perfect our brewing skills by creating a second batch using a recipe we will create in class. The third class we will tackle the art of bottling.
Each student will be going home with a mixed 6-pack of two types of beer that they brewed together as a class at the end of the series.
