Ace Hotel New York, We Are Knitters and The Breslin Bar and Dining Room are proud to support Brooklyn-based designer Sarah Peavey in her efforts to raise funds and awareness benefitting Planned Parenthood NYC.
On Sunday December 11th, Peavey will host a knit-in in our lobby. Twenty-five tickets will be available at $50, which gets participants an awesome knitting-kit courtesy of We Are Knitters (perfect for holiday gift-making), a beer from the Breslin and a seat among friends new and old in Ace Hotel New York's lobby.
The event will start around 1pm and wrap around 3pm, but folks are encouraged to stick around and network with like-minded folks to discuss future opportunities for fund raising and civic engagement. Knitters of all skill level are welcome.
Aside from the ticket processing fees set by Brown Paper Tickets, 100% of proceeds will be donated to Planned Parenthood NYC.
If tickets sell out, but you'd still like to contribute, please make a donation directly on Planned Parenthood's website.
