Meet with local author April Kinney Corbett for a time of CREATIVE rejuvenation. Find that ray of calm amongst the busyness of life's journey. April will share her story and offer tips on how to diminish writers block. Sunrise POETRY will allow you to collaborate with like minds, share your story/poems, and offer ways to be inspired.

About the Instructor: April Kinney Corbett is an author, speaker, advocate, wife and mother of one. She studied childhood education at SPC, is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, and her blog posts have been featured on multiple social media sites. Her most recent book, "The Adventures of Chopper & T" can be found on Amazon and Barnes and Noble online; as well as in multiple libraries, gift shops and book stores across the country and the UK. Advocacy, freelance writing, photography, work on her next book project and staying active in her local community take up most of her free time. April hopes to inspire others along their journey, while sharing her heart along the way. Originally from Portland Maine, she now resides on a sailboat in St Petersburg with her husband and rescue dog.
