The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) creates multiple triggers for lawsuits against Architects and owners. Knowing the triggers and scope of such lawsuits may aid Architects in avoiding such suits and advising their clients to do the same. Attendees will review a broad range of ADA-related suits and discuss what to do if you or a client get involved or sued.

Joshua A. Cohen, Esq., has been with the law firm of Collins, Collins, Muir + Stewart since 2006.
