Fridays at 12:00 Noon. First Class: January 6. 5 sessions. The class assumes NO knowledge of Hebrew. In an intense five weeks we will cover the sounds of the Hebrew letters and the way they come together to make familiar Hebrew words. We will use a charming childrens Hebrew primer called Zman Likro (Time to Read). Participants should order it for themselves (ISBN: 978-0-86705-074-5) and bring it to the first class. It's an intense 10 lesson book, good for a five week course for motivated adults!
$54 for Congregation Bnai Israel members, $60 for non-members.
