OPC Grand Rounds Tis the Season to be Jolly? Clinician Burnout and Self-Care
Behavioral Health Clinicians face burnout risk factors such as vicarious traumatization, heavy caseloads, and structural barriers to client care. The intersection of professional and personal stress can further compromise self-care putting clinicians at even greater risk for burnout. During the holidays, when emotions and to-dos run high, clinicians (like clients!) may find themselves particularly in need of self-care strategies. This workshop is an opportunity to learn about clinician burnout and self-care strategies to foster resiliency and sustainability in all areas of our lives. Leading the presentation will be Integrated Care Strategist Aubry Hildebrandt PhD, LMFT
