This month's mixer falls on the craziest buying-shit-you-don't-need day of the year.
Avoid all that commercialized sheeplike shopping mental nonsense & please join us for evening of entertainment with a handful of talented bay area artists sharing what they love just for the sake of ART.
What is Project Open Box you ask?
Project Open Box is a Open Mic meets Variety Show meets Art Salon, hosted by Little Boxes Theater, your local renegade, underground space made by artists for artists.
Little Boxes Theater dove feet first into the realm of Fiscal Sponsorship.
Fiscal sponsorship allows for free rehearsals and creative development for devoted artists.
We curate in-depth examinations of craft, offer material budget, and help support visions that culminate in intimate showings.

Future projects we plan to support include community building art, working to breaking down the social boundaries that test our humanity and work that develops from language occurring in the bay area, in relation to the shifting of time.
To date, hundreds of performances have filled Little Boxes Theater. Contemporary dance, live music, performance art, improv theater, sketch comedy, puppet salons, aerial artists, classical Kinbaku & Shibari demonstrations, and much much more.
At the end of the day, we are only a small studio theater (just the two of us) and we are grateful to all the supporters from vibrant communities of artists, dancers, musicians, photographers, film-makers, theater companies, queers and left leaners that still populate the beautiful Bay Area.
