Hollywood Master Chorale presents "Masterworks in March: Give Us Peace"
Can music heal the soul? Can it give the heart peace? Come find out at the Hollywood Master Chorale presentation of "Masterworks in March: Give Us Peace!"
"I see us as a country at war, often with ourselves. It is my hope to give deep catharsis through incredibly evocative and seldom performed works, said Artistic Director, Dr. Stephen Pu. "We are more than just entertainment. We are healers for the fractures we feel in our communities, and with music, we answer the soul's longing for meaning.
Centered around Ralph Vaughan Williams' marvelous "Dona Nobis Pacem," and Samuel Barber's profound "Agnus Dei," let the sweet sounds delight!
