Titus Andronicus
The play is set during the latter days of the Roman Empire and tells the fictional story of Titus, a general in the Roman army, who is engaged in a cycle of revenge with Tamora, Queen of the Goths.
In April 2017 Good Luck Macbeth is very excited to stage William Shakespeare's bloody tragedy, Titus Andronicus. Titus Andronicus is locked in a violent cycle of revenge with Tamora that spins wildly out of control. Considered Shakespeare's most violent and bloody play Titus Andronicus is not for the feint of heart. Good Luck Macbeth's production, directed by Producing Artistic Director Joe Atack, will feature an all-Female cast and will be set against the backdrop of a women's prison in NV in the 1920s. Audiences can expect a highly physical and engaging performance.
