Our latest canned special release is a 16-ounce mouth party of unrivaled proportions. Packed with Nelson, Amarillo, and whole-cone Denali hops, this breathtaking beverage sports an explosively aromatic profile bursting with layers of lush, hoppy fruit.

SYMMETRIC ORCHESTRA WITH PASSION FRUIT & MANGO (750ml)
Symmetric Orchestra is an otherworldly sour beer fermented with over a dozen strains of Brettanomyces and aged on oak. After a careful kettle souring, this beer mingled with a veritable United Nations of funky cultures and wood until sufficient awesomeness had been achieved. We then added a boatload of mangos and passion fruit to the mix, yielding a beer that's sour, deeply funky and exploding with tropical magic that carries through to a lingering, oaky finish. Drink it, and be excellent to each other.

DEVIL'S TEETH AGED IN QUADRUPLE FLOWERS BARRELS (22oz)
Devils Teeth is a hybrid of an Old Ale and an Imperial Stout, two English beer styles designed to withstand long voyages and dark winters. It brings rich maltiness & robust roastiness in a thick, tongue-coating, aggressively flavorful package. We let this batch luxuriate for over a year in fragrant, oaky barrels which had recently housed a legendary single-barrel bourbon. The resulting beer is enormously tasty, with an earthiness complemented by assertive notes of rich chocolate.

MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN X.M. SCHMELLER BARRELS (22oz)
This is Monsters' Park, our hulking, cantankerous imperial stout, aged in fragrant, oaky bourbon barrels which formerly contained a highly sought-after wheated bourbon. The barrel character is immediately evident on the nose and only grows more intense in the flavor. Notes of honey and intense coconut meld beautifully with the huge roast character of the beer and wrap up with an unbelievably smooth, chocolaty finish.

MONSTERS' PARK AGED IN TENNESSEE WHISKEY BARRELS WITH ORANGE ZEST, COFFEE, & COCOA NIBS (22oz)

We aged this batch for over a year in smooth, tasty Tennessee whiskey barrels with coffee, orange zest, & cocoa nibs. Big, thunderous notes of our house-roasted Black House Blend coffee, chocolate, & oranges add a crazy dimension to this sledgehammer of sabor, combining with beautiful notes of bourbon and roasty awesomeness to create a wildly complex & delicious beer.

BOTTLE PURCHASE DETAILS:
Starting Thursday, 11/10/2016 at 10am for League members and Monday, 11/14/2016 at 10am for the general public, you will be able to purchase tickets good for up to 5 4-packs of Blam! Blam! IPA, 4 750ml bottles of Symmetric Orchestra with Passion Fruit & Mango, 2 22oz bottles of Devil's Teeth Aged in Quadruple Flowers Barrels, 1 22oz bottle of Monsters' Park Aged in X.M. Schmeller Barrels, and 1 bottle of Monsters' Park Aged in Tennessee Whiskey Barrels with Coffee, Orange Zest, & Cocoa Nibs. The general public will be able to pick-up bottles at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room during the period from 12pm on Thursday, 11/17/2016, until 10pm on Thursday, 1/12/2017 . League members will have until Thursday, 2/9/2017 to pick up their bottles. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit, nor the pick-up window and PROXIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. You cannot pick-up your bottles at the North Park Flavordome. **Any bottles not retrieved by Thursday, 1/12/2016 (Thursday, 2/9/2017 for League members) will be surrendered back to the brewery (NO exceptions).** Please read the additional details below for further information on proxies and bottle pickup names.
RELEASE PARTY:
Your tickets admit you to a release party on 11/17/2016 at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room starting at 12pm. This will be the easiest and most fun day to pick-up your bottles. We will have some cool stuff on-tap, and it'll be a damn good time. If you've been meaning to visit us to buy some of our super rad glassware, a couple bags of our awesome house roasted coffee, and a shirt or two, this is the time to do it.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
In order to pick-up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID; it must be your ID and the name MUST match the name on the credit card of the ticket buyer (i.e. only you can pick up your bottles; no proxies). Any sales that attempt to work around the bottle limit will be voided. Only purchase bottles if you are 100% positive you can personally pick-up your bottles within the pick-up window; any bottles not picked up before Thursday, 1/12/2016 (Thursday, 2/9/2017 for League members) will be surrendered back to Modern Times Beer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.
SHIPPING:
We will not ship the bottles. Bottles must be retrieved at the Lomaland Fermentorium tasting room during regular tasting room hours between 12pm on 11/17/2016 and 10pm on Thursday, 1/12/2016 (Thursday, 2/9/2017 for League members).
