When Lucy, Peter, Susan and Edmund enter a wardrobe in England, they find themselves transported to another world; the land of Narnia. Filled with fantastic creatures and talking animals Narnia, is magical, but a white witch has covered the land in snow and cold. With the help of a beaver family, a faun named Mr. Tumnus, and a powerful lion called Aslan, the family must release Narnia from its snowy imprisonment.
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe features a talented cast of 19 actors ages 8-16 telling stories for kids, by kids. This legendary tale of adventure is best for ages 4 and up. The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe written by C.S. Lewis and adapted for the stage by Joseph Robinette.
The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is presented by special arrangement with THE DRAMATIC PUBLISHING COMPANY of Woodstock, Illinois.
Tickets to the show are $10 (Museum & Theatre members receive $1 off per ticket).
