The Rebirth of Brunch
Brunch, that classic dining option that for many of us has become, dare I say, boring. It seems that many restaurants have boxed themselves in by offering the so called traditional brunch menu leaving those of us who are more adventurous hungry for more. If you would like to get out of the brunch rut, here is your chance to be a part of The Rebirth of Brunch.
Who better to lead this charge than an Island favorite, Dragon Rouge. Since their opening in 2007, they have been featured on KQED Check Please, Bay Area. They won the 2008 Best Of Alameda'sBest Vietnamese. 2009 and 2010 Best Of Alameda's Best Asian Restaurant, 2011 & 2012 Best Of Alameda's Best Vietnamese, and 2011 and 2012 Best of ABC7Bay Area A-List.
The chef and the team are in the process of creating a new Fusion brunch menu that is designed to change the Brunch Game and have asked the Alameda Social Club to be a part of the creative process. We will serve as a culinary focus group providing feedback as well as rating each course that is presented. This is the way to ignite The Rebirth of Brunch. Sounds like a journey worth taking? Then join us as we continue to find new ways to Celebrate the Art of Living Well.
