The Best Christmas Pageant Ever
The Oak Theatre is located on the campus of the First Baptist Church Avondale Estates.
"The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" is a hilarious Christmas story that is great for the entire family! When Mrs. Armstrong breaks her hip and is forced to forfeit her place as annual director of the Christmas Pageant (and the bazaar, and the potluck dinner, and anything else she can get control of...), the well-meaning Grace Bradley rises to the challenge. This hero quickly turns martyr when she has no choice but to let the Herdman kids participate. The Herdmans are the worst kids in history. They bully. They bite. They will stop at nothing to get what they want, and this year, they want to be in the pageant. You won't believe the chaos. They're going down, and they're taking this Christmas pageant with them.
