Jello Underground at Balagan Theatre

After three years of small stages and backrooms, the Jello Underground has found a home in the Balagan Theatre on Capitol Hill. Taking advantage of the new space, this explosive sensation is sure to be louder and more entertaining than ever before. Needless to say, it's unlike anything you've ever seen. The powerful female competitors are back to fight for the title, battling with beauty and brutality throughout each bout. Humor, theatrics, athletics, sex appeal, and empowerment are only a few of the things you can expect to experience as the Jello Underground goes monthly for the rest of the year. Leave your preconceived notions at the door, and step into the world of underground jello wrestling. Hosted by acclaimed emcee and performer Georgia Myles.

Jello Underground is a female-run sporting production based in Seattle. The show mixes showmanship and sportsmanship for an exciting, powerful, loud, sexy and interactive presentation. Audience applause determines the winner of each round, culminating in a single champion of the night. Rankings are posted online, with the resident champion defending her title at the next event.

Tickets are available in advance ($10) or at the door ($15). All seats are general admission. There is a bar located in the theater. Age restrictions vary by date. Photographers must sign an image release upon entry.
