Sat 11/05/16 The South Bay Spot founding Sponsors' BBQ and Party
Dear South Bay Spot Founding Sponsor,
Thanks to your help in your original donation, the South Bay Spot is now in its 3rd year. Back then we promised a free party for the Founding Sponsors. Well, now were planning to have such a party on Saturday, November 5th, 2016. This will commence with a free BBQ starting at 3 PM specifically for you, a Founding Sponsor. The actual party will start at 7 PM and last till midnight. For Founding Sponsors, all this will be free as a thank you for your original support.
Please register through this Brown Paper Ticket page as we'll need to know if your coming or not. Also we'll need to know how many people to prepare the BBQ for.
For Founding Sponsors the BBQ is free and the party is free. If you're intending to bring your partner or a guest whether they're a member or not they're only eligible to come to the party with you, but then they'll have to pay the regular party fees ($20 for members and $25 for guests of accompanying members). They'll need to go to this Brown Paper Ticket page to register.
