Magic Christmas in Lights

Bellingrath Gardens and Home is celebrating the 21st season of Magic Christmas in Lights in 2016! The holiday tradition lets guests stroll through a dazzling display, which features more than 1,000 set pieces, 3 million lights and 15 scenes throughout the 65-acre Garden estate. In addition, the Bellingrath Home is decorated in its holiday finery and the Gardens are enhanced with hundreds of beautiful poinsettias.

The holiday event includes nightly choral performances on the South Terrace of the Home. In addition, guests may purchase hot chocolate on Live Oak Plaza to warm the heart and soul.

Magic Christmas in Lights, which made USA Today's 2014 list of "10 Best Public Light Displays in America," and American Bus Association's Top 20 Events of 2016 is a family-friendly event for all ages to get everyone into the holiday spirit. After touring the lights, guests may even have photos taken with Santa and find that perfect holiday present in the popular Bellingrath Gift Shop.

Magic Christmas in Lights begins the 21st anniversary celebration on November 25, 2016, and runs through December 31, 2016 (closed Christmas and New Year's Days). Please be advised that tickets are non-refundable. Magic Christmas in Lights is open daily from 5-9 PM with tours of the Bellingrath Home every hour and half hour until 8:30 PM.
