Grand Ole Opry-style format; simulated live radio broadcast; two & one-half hours w/ commercial interruptions; marketed to potential radio broadcast stations within 50 miles, featuring:

* The Lloyd Wood Show as house band
* Individual entertainers backed up by the LWS
* Radio personality as host (Roger Fraser)
* Lloyd Wood as emcee
* Local Radio Station invited as guests (Green Room hors d'oeuvres, drinks)
* "On-air" advertising
* Program advertising
