At FiftyFifty, we have taken our award winning Totality Imperial Stout, and aged it in Oak Bourbon/Whiskey Barrels for a minimum of 180 days. Brewed in small 300 gallon batches, our brewers lovingly craft this masterpiece just once a year. A large presence of dark chocolate, espresso and warmth from the alcohol of the beer, finishing with hints of, oak vanilla, coconut, and more chocolate. Each barrel style imparts its own unique character. A beer meant for contemplation best enjoyed in a snifter and with a friend. 11.9%
Old Conundrum On Wood
Once a year we brew a Barley Wine. Old Conundrum is heavily hopped with CTZ, Warrior, Centennial and Cascade. Brewed in the American Style with a West Coast influence. Enjoyable, warming and smooth. Aged in 4 Roses Bourbon barrels. 9.8%
