DINNER MENU:
First course: Heirloom beet & burrata salad, pomegranates, micro arugula greens, marcona almonds, drizzled with citrus vinaigrette dressing
Second course: Brown butter roasted salmon, tomatoe risotto, preserved lemon, topped with homemade salsa verde
Third course: Berkshire Pork Chop, celery root purée, pork jus, crispy potatoe, apple, frisée
Fourth course: Pumpkin panna cotta, chantilly cream, shortbread crumble
