The Southside Shake!
Are you ready for The Southside Shake!?
On November 12th, Mama Digdown's Brass Band and The Southside Aces with join forces once again at the historic Parkway Theater in the heart of South Minneapolis.
The Southside Aces bring the old school cool of traditional New Orleans jazz and will fill the old Parkway Theater with the spirit of Louis Armstrong, Jellyroll Morton and Buddy Bolden.
Based in Madison, Mama Digdown's has traveled the world spreading the gospel of brass band music. They have one foot firmly rooted in the traditional brass band sound and the other struts to the throw-down funk and soul of a younger generation.
