Liberty Hall Farm Design Charrette
In 2014 Groundwork Elizabeth was engaged by Kean University
to run the 10 acre Liberty Hall Farm on Kean Universitys
Liberty Hall Campus.
This organically run farm supplies the Universitys farm-to-table
restaurant Enoteca Ursino, sells locally and donates approximately
30% of its produce to local Union County feeding programs.
The farms mission is to increase the supply of sustainable grown
produce and provide accompanying educational opportunities in
order to improve the communitys nutritional habits and increase
environmental awareness.

Kean University.
