DANCING SCHOOL PREVIEW PERFORMANCE
ONE NIGHT ONLY
Theres no better way to learn about a dancers artistry and technique than to line several of them up and ask each to do the exact same thing.
On Wednesday, November 9th, we're going to do something we've never done before: five dancers of American Contemporary Ballet will perform the same soloa new variation choreographed by ACB Artistic Director Lincoln Jones.
Jones will pull apart each phrase, comparing each dancers choices, strengths, and weaknesses, and you'll learn more about ballet in one hour than you can anywhere else. You'll begin to see like a critic or maybe, better yet, a dancer.
This is a special, one-night-only series preview and will fill quickly, so get your tickets early! A Q&A with the artists will follow the presentation.
