Join Crown Finish Caves in welcoming Kyle Sherrer of the newly formed Graft Cidery for a free cider and cheese tasting. After co-operating Millstone Cellars in Monkton, Maryland, Kyle decided to relocate to the Hudson Valley to begin crafting his own hard ciders. Graft Cidery in Newburgh has yet to open its doors, and their ciders have not been sold yet. This is a rare opportunity to taste a veteran cider maker's products before they've even been launched! On top of that, Crown Finish Caves has been washing some of their cheeses with these brand new ciders, so you'll get to taste those, as well. And its all happening in a 150-year-old lagering tunnel 30 ft below the defunct Nassau Brewery in Crown Heights. Don't miss out! Space is limited to 30 people- reserve a free ticket!
