KRITZERLAND'S Take Me to The World... The Songs of Stephen Sondheim
Kritzerland Entertainment's Take Me to The World... The Songs of Stephen Sondheim.... will feature compositions from Follies to Company to Anyone Can Whistle to Merrily We Roll Along to Into the Woods to A Little Night Music (though not only songs from Sondheim's well-known shows, but such rarities as cut songs, a song from his aborted film musical Singing Out Loud to a song he wrote for an unproduced version of Jules Feiffers Passionella, which would eventually be done by Bock and Harnick for The Apple Tree.
Conceived by Bruce Kimmel (Kritzerland Records'CEO), the evening is also directed and hosted by Kimmel, whose uncanny wit and wry sense of humor, blends fascinating behind-the-song facts preceding each musical performance.
