During this action packed weekend you and your teammates will experience training by the top coaches in roller derby.
The progressive training style of this event will enhance your skills, strategy and ability to watch, breakdown and utilize footage review.
Your team will get the chance to develop and work on skills that support the needs you display during your scrimmage times. This year we are adding more coaches and will have the footage review occurring at the same time as other teams skating so we will all get more track time!
Training sessions will include:
Defensive blocking skills and strategy execution
Offensive blocking skills and strategy execution
Jamming skills and development
Instant feedback by our world class coaches
Footage review with jam by jam comments so you can see how to make improvements

Quadzilla, Team USA utility player, the beast on skates. He makes skating look simple and training events a blast! He will use his years of skating experience to teach you all the best new moves!
