This seminar will cover corporate, state and federal tax exemption status requirements and compliance issues. Topics will include: fiduciary duties of directors and officers, Charitable Solicitation Act, governance policies, Form 1023 tax-exempt application and Form 990 reporting, This CLE is ideal for nonprofit staff and attorneys who work with nonprofit organizations or want to work with nonprofits.
