Architectural Expert Consultant to the legal profession in preparation for Expert Testimony for Mediation, Arbitration and Litigation involving Architect's Standard of Care, Construction Industry Inter-relationships, Building Envelope Design and Analysis and Construction Technology.

Over the past 33 years of architectural practice, Dean has been responsible for all project phases including: Design, Project Management, Construction Administration Services and Quality Control Document Review. He has successfully completed a wide range of building types including: hospitals, schools, auditoriums, commercial, justice, laboratory, correctional, single and multiple family facilities totaling over 10 million square feet of building program space, at an approximate construction value in excess of $9 billion. Scope of work has involved high-rise steel moment frame and poured in-place concrete structures along with poured in-place underground and base isolated facilities.

In 2010 Mr. Vlahos was elected to the College of Fellows, which is one of the highest honors the profession bestows on its colleagues. The Jury of Fellows elevated Mr. Vlahos to Fellowship in the Institute because of his notable contributions to the advancement of the profession of architecture.
