Multiple-award winning artist John Alcorn is a composer, lyricist, arranger, producer and pianist.
Still, his favorite musical pastime is exploring the great classic standards in the company of superb jazz musicians.
Beginning this November, he will share these passions with patrons of the Flying Beaver Pubaret as he initiates his new series, JOHN ALCORN THE STANDARD.
John's favourite musicians will join him on the stage of this intimate listening room as they explore the greatest songs of the 20th century, each week a unique program as they handpick gems from this treasure trove of timeless music.
