Rabbit Hole Ensemble presents Alone
Based on August Strindberg's autobiographically fictional novella, Alone was inspired by Strindberg's dramatic experiments with structure and theme.
Strindberg found material all around him: his dreams, daily observations of his neighbors and strangers, imagined encounters with lovers, enemies and friends, even his deep feeling for the power of music all stimulated his vigorous imagination. Alone invites audiences to spy in secret on Strindberg and share in his private experiences as he struggles to understand the place of solitude in his life and art.
The performance on Friday, November 9th will be a Benefit Performance fundraiser. Tickets for that night are $50 and include the performance and post-show reception, with wine, beer, food, silent auction, and raffle!
