Toy Guitar (Fat Wreck), Nothington, The Boobytrapz
TOYGUITAR
The band is built on the sunny vocals of Jack Dalrymple (whom you know and love from his long tenure in Swingin Utters), who dragged his Utters cohort Miles Peck into the mix. The two eventually recruited their sometime Re-Volts band mate Paul Oxborrow (In the grand and time-honored tradition of band incest, cracks Paul). To accompany the fuzzy vox, bouncy bass, and jangly guitars, the boys looked south from their Bay Area environs and pulled in the driving drum beats of Los Angeles sticks maven Rosie Gonce.

Rumor has it they are four deadly female operatives individually selected by a computercode name: THE BOOBYTRAPZ! brought together to thwart the efforts of mad men, buzz kills and the kill joys. A DIY, Low-Fi, High-Energy, Garage-spionage (thats Garage and Espionage) kick to the groin, The Boobytrapz! hail from Oakland and include former members of Bay Area Rock outfits The Meat Sluts and Thee Merry Widows. Litta Bang Bang on vox, Nettie Kaboom! on guitar, Titi Krashnikov on drums and Bunny Bio Hazard on bass all get together to bring you fuzzed out, garage femme, frenzied action with nods to their own personal faves: Thee Headcoatees, Shannon & The Clams, The Bobbyteens, The Gories, the Pandoras
