MUSICIAN
Walter Parks
Walter spent a decade as the guitarist and sideman for Woodstock Legend Richie Havens. He has played Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden and the Cannes Film Festival. He composed the theme song for the Discovery Channels American Guns series and leads his own southern country/blues band, Swamp Cabbage.
STORYTELLERS
Sandi Marx
Sandi Marx, a seven-time Moth Story slam champ, is busy yakking all over New York and L.A. She has been featured at Risk, The 92nd street Y, in every borough, and also on a zillion podcasts including Dana Rossis Soundtrack Series and The Whole Story on iTunes. She performed a one-woman show about her parents called, Youll be Sorry at Storykraft in Williamsburg. Shes a fearless storyteller no private life event is off limits.
Mary Theresa Archbold Mary Theresa Archbold has appeared in every medium you can name: Off Broadway, on TV, on the Moth MainStage, at Risk (both a live show and podcast) and on NPR radios This American Lifes Hiding in Plain Sight episode. She won best actor awards for her one-woman show at FringeNYC and NBC/Universal Shortcuts Film Festival and went on to perform it at The Kennedy Center. She has just launched her own storytelling podcast, Funny Parents.
T. J. Mannix T. J. has toured with The Second City, appeared on Late Night with Conan OBrien, Law and Order, As the World Turns, All My Children, One Life to Live and over 80 commercials. In darker periods of his life, he played Abraham Lincoln at one of Donalds Trumps 4th of July parties and spent a year as a Mousketeer, until he had a growth spurt and was fired. He founded the Annual New York Musical Improv Festival and is currently touring the country with his one-man completely-improvised musical LimboLand.
