SPEAKERS
Kathy Kawaja
Kathy Kawaja, Principal Ergonomics Consultant at Human Factors North (www.hfn.ca), holds a B.Sc. (1988) in Kinesiology and is a M.Sc. candidate. She is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) with 24 years experience in the physical aspects of applied ergonomics. Kathy analyzes and assesses workplace musculoskeletal injury risk, and provides expertise for design projects, ergonomics programming, and legal cases.
Lorne Opler
Lorne Opler is an instructor of Fitness and Health Promotion at Centennial College and Humber College in Toronto. He is a contributing writer to Muscle and Fitness Magazine and IDEA Fitness Journal and runs his own mobile personal training business. Visit his website at www.lorneopler.com
