I AM ME BECAUSE OF THREE ... An Evening with Renée Marino
From Broadway to the Silver Screen, "Jersey Boys" Renée Marino brings her critically acclaimed concert act back to LA for an encore performance at Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal, the most celebrated supper club in the greater Los Angeles area.
She was last seen as the iconic Carmen Miranda in the new musical "I Only Have Eyes For You" at Hollywood's historic Montalban Theatre.
Renée is a versatile actress who played Mary Delgado in Clint Eastwoods film "Jersey Boys". To that, she was featured in Variety, and the People.com editorial as "Ones to Watch". The Huffington Post also cited her portayal of Delgado as: "The Broadway star - who is basically Tina Fey's celebrity doppelganger - is a scene-stealer, spouting swears and put-downs with aplomb. 'Jersey Boys' pops whenever she's onscreen."
In addition to guest-starring on FOX's "Weird Loners", Renée has not only graced the Broadway stage in "Jersey Boys", but "West Side Story", "Chaplin", and "Wonderland".
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Speech from Wagner College, and is a member of SHARE, INC. -which is a non-profit philanthropic organization composed of women who are passionately dedicated and committed to raising funds for the developmentally disabled, abused and neglected children, as well as medical research for all forms of developmental disabilities.
