How do you feel about winter vegetables? If you love cooking with roots as much as we do join us for the latest edition to our Dinner Conversation Series with cookbook author Diane Morgan. While we feast on a delicious meal with recipes directly from her book Diane will share the stories and secrets behind her amazing cookbook. Diane will provide basic use and preparation techniques for different roots, helping you appreciate the different ways it can be cooked and how to go about preparing it.
A little about the book:
