The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)
The three guys in tights portray a range of Shakespearean characters from Juliet to Hamlet. The players rap, cook, cross-dress and assault their way through all 37 Shakespeare plays in 97 hilarious minutes with all the aplomb, wit and mad cap manner of the Marx Brothers, Mel Brooks and Monte Python.
The trio switch costumes and personas in the blink of an eye as they irreverently puncture Shakespeares comedies, tragedies and histories. Titus Andronicus becomes a cooking show with Richard Simmons. Othello is modernized in gangsta rap. The history plays are presented as a football game with the crown of England being passed, handed-off and fumbled like a football.
