Farm Burger Catered Lunch
Saturday, September 8th: panel discussion starts at 10:00 AM followed by lunch at 11:30 AM.
Please join us for a FREE Panel discussion with Dan Imhoff and other experts discussing the ecology, ethics, and economics of current industrial meat production practices, and how changes in animal agriculture can move us toward a more sustainable and humane food system. Topics will include aspects of the Farm Bill, CAFOs, antibiotics, water, feed, climate change, and the overall lifecycle costs of animal food products.
Following the panel discussion, a catered lunch from Farm Burger will be served for attendees who purchase a $15 lunch ticket here. You can attend the panel discussion and bring your own lunch for free. No ticket is needed for this option, but please RSVP to Julie.Shaffer@emory.edu.
Please note that lunch ticket sales will end on Thursday, September 6th at 10:00 pm, so that we can submit the catering order.
