Workshop 1, 1:00-2:00 pm: Burlesque Booty Bounce
Pow! Clap! Bounce! Shake! Pop! And SPIN! In this class Peekaboo Pointe, known as The Fastest Tassel Twirler from East to West, will take the tassels to the next level... lower. Moving them from Boob to Butt, in this energetic gyrating Ass-tassel class you'll learn to bounce and shimmy your booty and mesmerize your audience with 4 tassels! You'll learn many butt techniques to get it popping, shaking, bouncing and finally spinning! **Please bring a towel, yoga mat, and/or knee pads if your knees are sensitive and a pair of pasties. If you don't have any pasties, a couple will be available for loan or sale. $25 in advance, $30 at the door
Workshop 2, 2:30-4:00 pm: Eye Contact and Sensual Movement
Harness the energy of your audience and send it back to them. Hypnotize them with your eyes and your body. Learn how to captivate your audience without even moving your body just by simply directing your energy. In this class you'll learn techniques for making every audience member feel like they've shared an intimate moment with you, that you singled them out... when actually you singled everyone one of them out! $35 in advance, $40 at the door

Bio: Peekaboo Pointe is recognized the world over as the "Fastest Tassel-Twirler from East to West" and is undoubtedly "Seducing the World, One Stage at a Time." She has performed all over the globe, most recently headlining the Australian Burlesque Festival (2012), The Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Vive La Cabaret), Sweden (Hootchy Kootchy Club), Dublin, UK, Australia (The Burlesque Ball 2010), Italy (MTV), and Spain (The World Famous Pontani Sisters). Peekaboo has toured with Lucha VaVoom, regularly with Burlesque-a-Pades and has headlined the Dos Equis Midnight Revue Tour. At home in New York City, Peekaboo performs anywhere there's burlesque! Peekaboo is an accomplished teacher and regularly teaches her original workshops in New York and while she travels. She's also been a featured instructor at BurlyCon in Seattle (2011, 2009). Voted one of the Top 20 Burlesque Performers in the world and winner of the Golden Pastie Award for "Most Sensual," Peekaboo is celebrated as one of America's most dynamic and seductive performers.
