The Brooklyn Beer Gastronomie 491 Cheese Jacob's Pickles Summit
Please join us August 27th as Brooklyn Brewery, Gastronomie 491 and Jacob's Pickles combine forces for a tasting that will benefit the Westside Campaign Against Hunger. Brian Duprey of the Brooklyn Brewery will present six of his finest brews and those beers will be matched with six extraordinary hand crafted cheeses, which will be chosen and discussed by Martin Johnson of the Joy of Cheese, and the Cheese Manager at Gastronomie 491, a new upscale retail market and cafe on Columbus. Jacob's Pickles, 509 Amsterdam (between 84th-85th), will host all of this deliciousness and offer some of their fantastic homemade pickles. All proceeds from ticket sales will go the Westside Campaign Against Hunger, http://www.wscah.org/
