Standard Beacon Hill & Back Bay Food Tour - 2 tours in 1!
Note: This is our "standard" Beacon Hill and Back Bay tour, which is very popular, and one that we're confident you will enjoy. For a special occasion, or should you wish to treat yourself a bit more, we recommend our "premium" tour, which includes a sit-down dessert at a 5-star hotel.
Boston Foodie Tours ("BFT") focuses on award-winning best eats, including those of James Beard Award winners, celebrity chefs, Best of Boston winners, old food institutions, farmers' markets, and the city's most popular food trucks.
"BFT" has been awarded the 2014 and 2013 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. Additionally, it has been rated the #2 "Don't Leave Boston Without..." by CBS-Boston, and featured in the Boston Herald, as well as on Chronicle, Boston's longest-running news and entertainment show.
On this tour, we'll introduce you to the restaurant of a James Beard Award winner that was recently rated one of the top 20 Italian restaurants in the country. Next up, one of the top 25 butcher shops, says Daily Mail, followed by GQ's pick for one of the top 10, must-try ice cream shops. We'll then complete the sweets portion of the tour with a 3-time Best of Boston Chocolatier. From the new, we'll move to the old: a 70-year-old+ Boston institution that has served breakfast to the likes of Jack Nicholson, Kevin Costner, Ben Stiller, Kate Hudson, and Ryan Reynolds. A leisurely stroll through Boston's botanical Public Garden will lead us to our next stops: an off-the-beaten-path wine and cheese shop, and the home of a Food Network Throwdown Against Bobby Flay winner. And what would a visit to Boston be without sampling our chowder? "Presidential" chowder, that is! Can't send you home without doing that, can we?
Join Boston's tastiest food tour as we "Stroll. Sample. Savor. Repeat." our way through the city's best eats.
