Presenters: Michael J. Murtaugh received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati (BA, 1970) and his law degree from the UCLA School of Law (JD, 1973), and his practice focuses on the counseling and representation of design professionals, employment counseling, and general civil litigation. Lawrence A. Treglia, Jr. received his undergraduate degree from the San Diego State University (BA, 1982) and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (JD, 1986) and his practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction law, and on counseling contractors and design professionals. Michelle R. Generaux received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (BA, 1993) and law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law (JD, 1996), and her practice focuses is on the representation of privately held businesses, with an emphasis on architectural and engineering firms.
