The world is going through unprecedented business and technological changes. But one thing remains constant: people. As people experts, HR leaders should be at the forefront guiding organizations through these changes. But many HR organizations are stuck in largely administrative roles. This session discusses HR leadership concepts drawn from Dr. Hunts new book Common Sense Talent Management. We review important changes and dangerous myths about the future of work and its impact on HR leadership, and explore methods for designing and deploying strategic HR methods built for the future while leveraging the lessons of the past.
