WHAT IS IT?
Experience Dickens' classic holiday tale like never before in this interactive walking tour performance of A Christmas Carol.
Uptown Scrooge is a theatrical performance spectacle that utilizes innovative storytelling, improvisation, music, puppetry, theater and audience interaction to share the story of Charles Dickens The Christmas Carol.
Guided through the streets and shops of Uptown Westerville by actors disguised as the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future, audience members will be led in small groups to various businesses in Uptown Westerville where small interactive performances occur to share this very LOCAL version of Dickens' holiday tale.
Audience members go on Scrooge's journey, experiencing the magic and wonder of his holiday adventure first-hand. A unique holiday experience for the whole family.
Suitable for ages 5+. Approximately 90 minutes.

WHERE TO MEET

GET THERE EARLY
Please plan to show up 10 to 15 minutes BEFORE your start time. Parking can be tricky, and there is some construction in the area. The show will happen regardless of the weather, so dress appropriately. The tour will leave promptly at the scheduled time. Bah Humbug!
DRESS FOR THE WEATHER
This show involves lots of walking and standing so you should choose your footwear accordingly. Also, you won't want to lug a bunch of personal items so lock them in your trunk.
