Fall Short Course Geotechnical Instrumentation and Automated Monitoring November 3, 2016 at the Columbia Tower Club,Presenters Soldata, Campbell Scientific and RocTest
The ASCE Seattle Geotechnical Group & Geo-Institute Seattle Chapter are proud to bring you a Fall Short Course covering Geotechnical Instrumentation and Automated Monitoring. A special thanks to Soldata, Campbell Scientific, and RocTest for collaboration. The diverse background of our hosts creates a broad subject matter covering many aspects of instrumentation and monitoring. Campbell Scientific will include datalogging, automated telemetry, and vibrating wire instruments. RocTest will be demonstrating their fiber optic technology and various applications. Soldata will present their Cyclops automated survey system and new applications of InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar).
All sessions will involve theory, case study, and hands-on participation. Breakfast, lunch, and parking is included. Course will be held on the 76th floor of the Columbia Tower, Seattle, WA.
