Oskar Blues Brewery GABF 2012 Ordeal - Wednesday Bus Tour
If you're gonna come all this way, you definitely want to see this rodeo - a complete tour of everything Oskar Blues Brewery.
We're going to take you on a ride unlike any you've been on before, one where you start in Denver outside of the infamous Falling Rock Tap House, traverse up to Lyons, Colorado to see the original brewpub, where you'll get to dive into one of our breakfast burritos while checking out where it all began for us, head out to our sustainable Hops & Heifers Farm for a tour & some fresh-hopped brew made with hops grown on the farm, trek over to Home Made Liquids & Solids, our 40+ tap handle craft beer bar in Longmont for beers & lunch, and finish up with a stop by the brewery for a tour and, wait for it... MORE BEER! After you're thoroughly satiated & thirst has been quenched, we'll head back to Denver, arriving back at the Falling Rock Tap House just in time for you to regroup before heading off to a GABF session or the many events happening in Denver that week. Needless to say, you won't be short on beer, food or good times. Trust us!
And you get this safari-like experience for the slammin' deal of $60 per person.
Kick-off is at 8am - sure it's a little early, but trust us (or anyone who came on this trip last year), it's worth it. Nothin' like great food & tasty brews amongst good company.
8am - Pick up at Falling Rock Tap House
9am - Arrive at the Original Oskar Blues Grill & Brew in Lyons, CO for breakfast, beers & a tour
10:30 - Arrive at Hops & Heifers Farm for some fresh hopped brew & a hay-ride tour
12pm - Arrive at Home Made Liquids & Solids in Longmont for lunch and, you guessed it, beer!
1:30pm - Arrive at the Oskar Blues Brewery/Tasty Weasel Taproom for a brewery tour & a lil more beer
4pm - Arrive back at the Falling Rock Tap House in Denver
