ONCE UPON A RIVER
The West Side Theater Project returns with a fabulous new piece -- ONCE UPON A RIVER -- a environmental fantasy written by Al Justiano, with music by Becky Dale, stage direction by Harry Waters Jr, and musical direction by Jaclyn Gavin.
How has the Mississippi or another river impacted your life? How has our interaction with the natural environment here or in other places affected you or shaped the neighborhood?These are a couple of the questions that we’ve asked West Side youth and adults over the past year to inspire the creation of our next community-engaged play.
Audience members are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for food shelf donations.
