Experiences can be identified that support brand and culture. Through experience design tangible benefits to the organization can result such as brand recognition, and attraction and retention of talent. Using Herman Miller facilities as well as other organizations as examples: workplace messages are explored as case studies. Herman Miller's experience in "advancing culture and brand" is not meant to be a prescriptive model, but encourages a dialogue relevant to the challenges and opportunities in programming and designing corporate facilities.
