What is the Great Tomato Un-Cookoff competition?
We will gather 10 of NYC's "underground chefs" to compete head-to-head to transform our region's best, height-of-the-season tomatoes into tantalizing tomato recipes simple, refreshing preparations. Think salsa, bruschetta, lightly pre-cooked items and more creative takes on the glorious tomato.
Interested in competing?
