The only hours of operation of the Will-Call desk are on the day of the event, Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 12:00 noon until 6:00pm, and then again after 6pm once the event begins. To pick up previously purchased tickets you will need a valid photo ID in the same name as the purchaser, and preferably a copy of the purchase receipt.
