Imaginese Industry Workshops
What do 'Cold Case', 'Greek', 'Mirror Mirror', and 'The Help' all have in common? .... The people responsible for casting are visiting Imaginese Industry Night.
On the next two Thursdays, Imaginese welcomes two veterans in casting; Jonathan Clay Harris (Associate at Alyson Silverberg Casting) and Rich Delia (Associate at Barden & Schnee) These two 'giant' offices, in their own right, lend us some of their most talented casting aficionados. As Jonathan and Rich visit Imaginese, with them comes a plush opportunity to mingle, showcase for, and learn from two of the industry's most prominent casting offices. Thursday Aug. 2nd @ 7:30p:: Welcome Jonathan Clay Harris (Cold Case & Greek) & Thursday Aug. 9th @ 7:30p :: Welcome Rich Delia (The Help & Mirror Mirror)
Each Workshop is $50 per seat, and includes an intimate cold reading/ prepared scene, a Q&A to learn the specifics of each office, and receive valuable feedback on your marketing materials and performance. Learn more about Jonathan:: Jonathan Clay Harris (IMDB) is an associate with Alyson Silverberg Casting, a respected office that casts both prominent feature films and major network television. Jonathan enjoys redirecting and providing insight for actors; he's honest and specific -- his years in casting coupled with the experience of watching thousands of successful auditions prepares him to motivate and improve your audition skills very quickly.
The workshop is set for Thursday, August 2nd at 7:30p in West LA (6071 Comey Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034). The workshop is normally $50 with an special online rate of $40 if you purchase your seat by this Wednesday, August 1st.

If you need help finding a scene or if you prefer cold reads we weill have several scenes you can choose from at the workshop. This workshop with Jonathan can't come more highly recommended, he is one of the primary casting source in his office, across the board, from large co-stars, to recurring roles, and regulars. Learn more about Rich:: Rich Delia is an Associate at one of the biggest casting offices in the country. Barden/Schnee Casting, with huge presences in both LA and New York and have cast big features from Seven to Monster's Ball, to Shakespeare in Love, over the last 20 years. The two offices work closely together to pull talent from both coasts, and Rich is always in the market for fresh, honest talent; with the clout to get you in the room for feature that seem unattainable. Having gotten his start in the New York Theatre scene, Rich simply loves actors and you have a chance to read for him Thursday, August 9th at 7:30p in West LA (6071 Comey Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034).
There are a spots open up for non- IF Members and we'd like to offer a few select spots to actors who will keep our reputation strong. Rich has worked with some of the most talented and notable directors, producers. and actors of our generation. This experience creates a wonderful inside look of what goes on in an audition room of a major motion picture--how roles are won, lost, and how actors can maximize their unique qualities to book the job. To be known well by this illustrious office usually means that your talent reps would have had to fight hard, over the course of several months or years, to get you seen. This workshop provides an opportunity to work very closely with Rich immediately; he shares how he would cast you, redirects you, and offers his invaluable advice on your career. Rich and Barden/Schnee are casting multiple features right now, and is looking forward to meeting the talented group of actors Imaginese industry workshops provides.
