The Nutcracker: World Explorer
Olympic Performance Group's 11th annual Nutcracker brings a unique rendition of the classic story introducing us to a charismatic explorer and his entertaining side-kick who take us around the globe, delighting us with fresh takes on traditional dance and performance. From a visit to a Bollywood party and a contemporary celebration highlighting Mexican heritage, to tumbling karate dolls and graceful ballerinas dancing under the moon we all share, there is something for everyone. Even a giant puppy brings on the fun, delighting all ages with his antics. Three professional dancers from the greater Seattle area join the cast of talented local youth.
SPECIAL ON-STAGE EVENT SUNDAY, DECEMBER 18:
Following the Sunday matinee, families with On-Stage Passes may visit the stage, meet some of the dancers and take pictures. A special way to be part of the magic! Price is $20 per family. Tickets are limited. Please add this special On-Stage Pass to your cart separately.
